Experience the magic of health and wellness in Tulum with Diana Levy who is a personal trainer, certified hypnotherapist. She focuses on helping people gain their confidence back while helping them realize their power to create their own life.

Diana is certified in Reiki level one and an angels card reader, which is like tarot but with angels. She has worked with many performing energy cleaning, and also works with this traditional medicines called “rapé” which is a legal sacred shamanic medicine that has been used by healers of the Amazon basin for thousands of years. Rapé is a complex blend of pulverized Amazonian medicinal plants, trees, leaves, seeds, and other sacred ingredients.

What is included in the price?

With your purchase your accommodations, housekeeping, private chef, food, and meal plan, on the ground transportation, and all of the activities are included in the price. FLIGHT IS NOT INCLUDED.

What amenities are provided at MOMA Tulum?

MOMA provides basic essentials:

Shower and pool towels
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash
Hand soap, dish soap
Paper towel, toilet paper
Coffee machine
Hair dryer
Blender
Pots and pans, cookware
Dishes, glasses, silverware, tupperware, cutlary

Can I stay in a hotel or villa instead of staying at MOMA?

We can accommodate you in any type of hotel, villa, or apartment in the city, Aldea Zama, or beachfront. The pricing you see includes MOMA Tulum which is the best value factoring in location, price point, quality, and general amenities the building provides ideal for groups.

If you choose to stay somewhere else, the pricing of your trip may vary. You can speak directly with one of our travel specialists to inquire.

Is Tulum safe?

In general Tulum is a very safe small little beach town, but like all tourist destinations around there world there are some safety practices that will make sure that your experience is safe. A travel specialist will provide a general safety guide with other information after a reservation is confirmed.

MOMA tulum itself has someone on site 24 hours at the entrance. A receptionist during the day to help with personal check in, and any questions or guest relations. And a security guard from 9pm to 9am every night.

Can I drink the water?

No. The water system in Tulum is not designed for human consumption. Only showering, and bathing. Bottled water will be provided to you at MOMA during your stay and many of the hotels and locations we shoot at provide water or other beverages that will be at your own cost.

What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Our chefs are knowledgeable in nutrition and can customize the meal plan to accommodate everyone. Once your reservation is confirmed a travel specialist will be in contact and have a series of questions for you to learn more about you and any dietary restrictions or food allergies you or anyone in your group may have.

What if I am physically challenged or have an injury?

Most of our activities require minimal athletic ability. They are friendly to all ages and people with levels of fitness. Some of the activities may not be suitable for a person with physical disabilities. Again, a travel specialist will be in touch in order to discuss any situations like this in more detail.

What is the payment policy?

In order to confirm an experience reservation, 50% of the balance must be paid. At 60 days from the event, the balance must be paid in full.

Bank transfer to our Chase bank account (provided by a travel specialist).

What is the cancellation policy?

Before 30 days from the experience, guests can cancel their reservation and get a refund of 80% of the deposit. There is no cancellation with refund after 30 days from the event except in the event of emergencies (documentation may be required).

Emergencies are as follows:

Medical Emergency (yourself or family)
Personal injury that prevent participating in over 50% of the activities planned
Death in a family
Natural disaster

What if it rains?

Only with the occurrence of a large climatic event such as a hurricane or severe tropical rain storm will the event be cancelled. In this situation the dates can be rescheduled free of charge. Other than that, the experiences, once dates are confirmed go on, rain or shine. We are able to adjust schedules in order to make sure activities still take place.

What happens when I arrive?

We have a representative that meets you right outside of the airport terminal as soon as you exit customs. They will guide you to our private transportation we have setup for you and your group, and they take you directly to the building.

How does it work during the trip?

We have hosts that will be guiding you through the itinerary. Everything is organized by half hour. It’s extremely important that you are punctual with the itinerary as there are other guests and also services being provided by people and companies. If you fall behind schedule and are not present at a pickup time, then it can/will cause a delay in the itinerary. Therefore extreme tardiness can result in being left behind and having to schedule your own transportation at your own cost to catch up with the group.

Obviously delays due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control will be adjusted to as a group. Also, as humans can fall ill or have personal urgent situations, in the event that an activity is interrupted, we will schedule other activities or reorganize the itinerary and swap activities.

Will I have any free time to do my own things?

You are not required to participate in every activity if you don’t want to. We have designed an itinerary that is diverse and gives extreme value for what you are paying for, but you are free to take advantage of the itinerary how you please. We do plan in some free time in breaks during the day and also in the evening which should be plenty of time to enjoy shopping, strolling down the beach, or anything you may want to do outside our planned itinerary.

Is there a photographer/videographer?

We will have someone taking photos/videos throughout the experience for marketing purposes which we are happy to share with you for your own personal use. If you would like to have your own photographer/videographer, we can arrange for that at an extra cost.

Can I bring a pet?

Pets are not permitted.

What sort of electrical outlets does Mexico have?

Mexico uses the same outlets and operates on a 127V supply voltage and 60Hz.
