DAY #1 - Santiago, Chile The Singular Santiago
On arrival Santiago’s International Airport you will be warmly welcomed by a member of the &Beyond team, who will assist you through passport control and baggage claim to your waiting vehicle. From here, you will be driven to the beautiful Singular Santiago hotel.
The Singular Santiago is a five-star luxury hotel located in the Lastarria neighbourhood in the heart of downtown Santiago. The hotel was designed specifically to fit seamlessly into this iconic neighbourhood, which epitomises the pride and creativity of the people of Santiago.
In the afternoon, you will embark on your first Chilean adventure – an interpretive tour of the city. This incredible excursion will highlight the contrasts between the older, centrally located areas of the city as well as its modern uptown areas. Your tour will be conducted in chronological order, offering the opportunity to understand the origins of the city and its urban sprawl over the past 200 years, when Santiago transformed from town to megapolis. Highlights will include Cerro Santa Lucía, where the city was founded in 1542, the Plaza de Armas, the Central Market, Estación Mapocho (a former railway station), and La Moneda, the Presidential Palace. The second half of the tour will commence with a visit to the residential areas of Providencia and Ñuñoa, and the cosmopolitan financial districts of Las Condes, before reaching La Dehesa, where the city reaches the foothills of the Andes, and offers a superb vantage point for a panoramic view.

DAY #2 - Patagonia, Chile Awasi Patagonia
After a wholesome breakfast, you will be collected for your flight to Punta Arenas, the gateway to Chilean Patagonia. Upon arrival in Punta Arenas, you will embark on a scenic drive to the exceptional Awasi Patagonia. Along the way, stop to enjoy a delicious snack and enjoy incredible photographic opportunities as you observe flamingos and other birds along the Patagonian Steppes.
The spectacular Awasi Patagonia is tucked away within a private reserve neighbouring the renowned Torres del Paine National Park. Here, sheltered by a luxuriant native forest of beech trees called lengas and ñirres, are just 12 villas that are inspired by old Patagonian shelters and ranching outposts. Each villa offers incredible views of the forest, Lake Sarmiento, the pampas and the Torres del Paine peaks. The main guest areas include inviting sitting areas and a restaurant that features delicious Patagonian menus and the culinary excellence that distinguishes the lodge as a member of Relais & Chateaux.

DAY #3 - Patagonia, Chile Awasi Patagonia
Enjoy two full days exploring the wonders of Chilean Patagonia, encountering amazing wildlife such as pumas, condors, southern deer, guanacos, foxes and rheas or ñandues (to name a few) during your journey. A naturalist guide will ensure that you are ideally positioned to photograph the magnificence of the region, while expert puma trackers will keep an eye out for the park’s elusive resident. Your mornings and afternoons are dedicated to capturing the best angles of Patagonia, which means that lunch will be served as a picnic within the park.

DAY #5 - Patagonia, Chile Awasi Patagonia
Today, after a leisurely breakfast, you will head to the Laguna Azul Gate for a full-day excursion in Baguales. Here, you will have the incredible opportunity to discover the regions famous wild horses, one of the few areas in the world where you can encounter these animal in their most natural form. Here, a herd of nearly 100 horses will be the highlight of your exploration, which is in an exclusive area of the National Park (a maximum of 13 people per day are allowed to explore this area).
Journey through the folds of the Cordillera Masle, from where you will be able to appreciate the Cordillera Baguales, Salto Las Chinas and Barranca de los Toros pass. After about 40 minutes, we’ll arrive at a typical “puesto” where Patagonian “gauchos” used to take refuge while caring for their livestock. Here, you will hear about the area’s history and the evolution and characteristics of its wild horses provided by a resident biologist. With the help of satellite tracking equipment, coupled with our guide’s experience and knowledge, we’ll begin our trek, searching for the 100 untamed horses that remain isolated in this sector of the Torres del Paine.
DAY #6 - Patagonia, Chile Awasi Patagonia
Today, pick and choose from the myriad of tailor-made excursions at Awasi.
Half-day excursion to the Grey Peninsula in 4×4 Jeep: Enjoy the song of local birds as you stroll through an enchanted forest of lenga trees, down to the Grey beach. As you approach, stand in awe of the majestic icebergs that have floated down from the nearby Grey Glacier, swept along by the strong winds that are characteristic of the area. You can walk until you’re facing the peninsula and appreciate the view of the glacier.Half-day excursion to the Horns Viewpoint in 4×4 Jeep: The movement of water is always captivating to watch, and even more so when it comes crashing down in large falls. The turquoise of the lake contrasts with the glacial white of the mountains and the changing hues of the famous Cuernos Del Paine.Half-day excursion to Sarmiento Lake in 4×4 Jeep: Torres Del Paine is not only about mountains and majestic wildlife, this natural paradise also embodies the origin of life on earth. Science combines with nature along the white shores of the lake that is made up of millenary calcium carbonate thrombolites.Half-day excursion to Blue Lagoon: An excellent place to view a variety of local bird species such as the Caiquén (upland goose), PatoJuarjual (crested duck) and Tagua (red-gartered coot), Laguna Azul is a birdwatchers’ paradise. In addition, sighting of guanacos and ñandús (rheas) is a common feature along the way. You will be charmed by a stunning view of the Torres Del Paine, as well as with the perfect blend of Patagonian steppe and mixed forest.Full-day excursion to Frenchman’s Valley: Valle del Francés or Frenchman’s Valley, is what many people consider the best section of the “W” circuit. You will climb steep moraines and may witness ice breaking off the Francés Glacier. A little further up, imposing peaks and immense granite rock faces come into view while providing a 360-degree view of the heart of the Paine massif. This excursion is long, and requires you to take a catamaran ride across Lake Pehoé that presents a lovely view of the massif.

Today, wave a fond farewell to Patagonia, as you are collected for your flight to Santiago. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your andBeyond host who will drive you to The Singular Santiago. After checking into the hotel, enjoy the rest of your day at your leisure.

DAY #8 - Santiago, Chile The Singular Santiago
After a delicious breakfast, you’ll be whisked away to the flourishing wine country of Casablanca.
Visit the Veramonte Vineyard for a private wine tasting. Located northwest of Santiago, along the Pacific coast and surrounded by the Cordillera de la Costa, the vineyard has a unique diversity of climate and soil. The lower parts of the valley are cool and ideal for the development of white wines, while the highlands are warmer, making favourable for producing red wines like Merlot and Pinot Noir. Veramonte boasts one of the largest contiguous vineyards in Chile, with an area of over 420 hectares. The vineyard is surrounded by more than 4 500 hectares of native forest and features a spectacular a dam that is home to more than 24 species of birds. Enjoy a guided tour around the Central Hall, Wine Museum, the winery and vineyards, with a detailed explanation of the history of the vineyard, the terroir and the stages of winemaking production. Your adventure ends with a special tasting that includes two reserve and premium wines, paired with an excellent selection of cheeses and dry fruits.
After your tour, you will be driven to the Santiago International Airport for your homeward flight.
